About

BPT · Consultant Physiotherapist

Home visits across Srikakulam

For many patients, especially after a stroke, a joint replacement or a fall, travelling to a clinic every day is the hardest part of treatment. So I bring the clinic to you: assessment, hands-on therapy and a clear exercise plan built around your house, your stairs and your family.

Every session is one-to-one. I explain what is happening in simple Telugu or English, teach family members how to help safely, and track progress so you can see it too.

00

One-to-one sessions

Full attention for the whole session, never shared with other patients.

00

Family is part of the plan

Caregivers learn safe transfers, positioning and daily exercises.

00

Progress you can see

Simple measurements every week: pain, range, strength and walking.

We train in the real environment: your bathroom, your steps, your bed.

Personal attention

One therapist, one patient, the whole session.

4

Family involvement

Caregivers learn how to help between sessions.

5

Flexible timing

Morning or evening visits arranged around your routine.

What to expect at home

Resistance bands, TENS, a BP monitor, a goniometer and therapy balls. Everything needed for a proper assessment and treatment comes along on every visit.

Lakshmi Narayana Rao – Stroke / HemiplegiaStroke / Hemiplegia

After my father's stroke he could not even sit on his own. Madam came home five days a week, taught us how to lift him without hurting his shoulder, and in three months he was walking to the verandah with a stick. Doing it at home made all the difference for us.

Years of lifting rice bags had given me constant back pain. The exercises are simple and she showed me how to lift properly. I have not taken a painkiller in two months.

Our son enjoys every session because it feels like play. He now sits without support and has started standing holding the sofa. She taught us exercises we do with him every evening.

Appala Naidu – Old-age RehabilitationOld-age Rehabilitation

My mother is 82 and had two falls last year. After a month of visits she gets up from the cot by herself and walks to the kitchen. Madam also told us to change the bathroom mat and add a light, small things we never thought of.
